Single Enzymes for Animal Feed
Phytase	For the release of phosphorous into the animal feed
Xylanase	For the breakdown of the vegetable cell wall thus releasing the nutrients from the cell and decrease the viscosity of the chyme.
Neutral protease	Supply the naturally shortage of endogenous enzymes in fishes thus increasing the utilization of the nutrients.
Acidic protease	Supply the naturally shortage of endogenous enzymes in land animals thus increasing the utilization of the nutrients.
Beta-Glucanase	Increasing the energy utilization rate in the wheat meals.
Mannase	Increasing the energy utilization rate in the corn-soybean meals.

Single Enzymes for Food/Flour
Chemicals have been traditionally used in the Baking Industry. Enzymes are now commonly used as a substitute as it could increase the dough’s stability, handling properties and proofing tolerance ensuring top-quality end products. Enzymes also keep bread fresher for longer.
Xylanase	Partial breakdown of cell walls to allow water molecules to enter.
Lipase	To breakdown triglycerides, fats, oil to partial replace emulsifiers in food processing.

Single Enzymes for Bio-Ethanol Processing
Gluco-amylase	Hydrolysis of starch into sugars.
Thermal Stable Amylase	Hydrolysis of starch into sugars (but able to ferment at higher temperatures).

Asianase Series

Blended Enzymes
The digestive systems of Pigs and Poultry do not produce enough enzymes capable of breaking down the cell walls of the plant based feed. Blended Enzymes will help to catalyse the process thus achieving faster growth of the animal with corresponding less excreta resulting in a higher feed conversion ratio and lower feed cost.

Starzyme is probably the only Company in China to have the Technology to ferment Calcium Propionic Acid, a Natural Preservatives used in Bread to replace those derived chemically. The targeted capacity is 600 tonnes per annum.
